●          Consulting Process

Discussion with and about the company, and decide on a workable solution with consultant team members, including field survey, data analysis, establishment of customized action and training solutions, practical implementation, training on each module, follow-up consulting and/or coaching as required, periodic progress reports and follow-up cooperation.


●          Company Diagnosis

On-site visits, individual and and group interviews will be conducted to get the data to have a precise idea of the current situation of the company. These observations and findings will serve as a basis for subsequent discussions in the strategic planning process. The implementation will be coordinated with the General Manager and the senior managers.



●          Training Methods

Senior and middle managers will receive inter-active training before their participation in the implementation of all the modules in strategic planning, BPR, change management, performance management and BPI processes.
